Anhugar works on 3 different models - however, the arborescent learning method and the lessons contents are similar:
as a class implanted in a regular school
individually for homeschooled or hospitalised children
in the frame of an enrichment program for one child, in a regular school
All the children take a detailed competency test when they join Anhugar. The test results enable us to design an individual program for the child.
The program may include skills that the child should already have mastered (quick catching up) and skills normally taught in a higher grade (acceleration and enrichment).
The main objective is that no child should take classes on subjects she already masters. Since all programs are adaptable, we aim at the specific subjects where she still needs / wants to learn so as to ensure a positive stimulation.
For a child following the program individually, Anhugar designs a competency tree for her and monitors her progress with her supervising adult. When she masters all subjects of a module, new material is sent.
It is also possible to follow only 1 module (about 1 month).
Anhugar's classes are not recommended for a very short time only (1 - 2 weeks) and are not suitable for catching up on a specific subject only.
